Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item is verified for authenticity before listing and again before dispatch. If you have concerns, email hello@vault77.ph with photos and order details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes — COD is available for eligible nationwide shipments. Availability may vary by item and location.

Can I inspect an item before buying?

Yes. We can arrange meetup inspections in selected cities by appointment. Check the item's listing or contact us to schedule.

How long does delivery take?

Typical delivery is 2–5 business days for metro areas and 4–10 business days for provincial areas. Remote locations may take longer.

How do I return an item?

Email hello@vault77.ph within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. Returned items must be in original condition and include all packaging.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, PayMongo (cards), and COD for eligible orders. See checkout for the most up-to-date options.

How do I track my order?

If a tracking number is available we'll email it once your order ships. You can also check your Transactions page in your account.

What is your grading guide?

See our Grading Guide for condition categories (Mint, Near Mint, Played, etc.). This is a general reference — sellers should always include photos.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact hello@vault77.ph as soon as possible. Orders not yet processed may be modified or canceled; processed/shipped orders follow our returns policy.

How do I sell to VAULT77?
